2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale of products offered through the website caldeiroceramica.com, exclusively to customers located within Spanish territory.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The contract shall be considered concluded at the moment the customer receives the order confirmation email.

3. Products

The products offered are handmade ceramic pieces.

Due to their artisanal nature:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.
  • Slight differences from the images displayed on the website may be noticeable.

Such variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for complaint.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of unexpected unavailability, the customer will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed separately before completing the purchase.

The owner reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping

Shipping is carried out exclusively within Spain via Correos.

Available options:

  • Standard shipping: €6.50
  • Free shipping on orders over €80
  • Studio pickup (Maceda)

The estimated delivery time will be indicated during the purchase process and may vary depending on product availability.

The owner shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to the shipping company.

The customer is required to inspect the package upon receipt and report any issues within the indicated timeframe.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without providing justification.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in perfect condition.
  • It must be returned properly packaged to ensure protection.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any damage occurring during return transport.

Returns of personalized or custom-made products will not be accepted.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, a refund of the product price (excluding initial shipping costs) will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days.

8. Defective Products or Shipping Damage

If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact the owner within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographs of both the product and the packaging.

If the damage is confirmed to be attributable to the initial shipment, a replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.

9. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway via credit or debit card.

The website uses secure systems that ensure the confidentiality of banking data.

10. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website and in compliance with the GDPR and applicable Spanish legislation.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the competent Courts and Tribunals in accordance with applicable legislation.
